These Terms of Use outline the conditions for using the RPG Maker MV plugins on this site for inclusion in commercial projects.
By using the plugins in your projects, you agree to the Terms of Use for use in your projects.
This applies to all plugins in the RMMV Plugins section.
Commercial Terms of Use
All plugins are free to use in commercial projects under the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-ND 4.0).
This means that the plugins may be used in commercial projects, provided that full credit is given and have donated towards a license for use in commercial projects.
License Fees
A donation fee is required to grant a non-exclusive license for the plugins to be used in commercial projects. The minimum donation is $3, but anything above that will be greatly appreciated. These donations will be reinvested into the site to cover additional server costs, site upgrades and prize funds.
This license grants the use of the plugin in a single commercial game. To use it in subsequent projects intended for commercial purposes, another donation will need to be submitted.
This license does not permit redistribution of the plugins, except in the projects for which they will be used. However, modifications or adaptations of the plugins are allowed for compatibility with other plugins and/or the project itself, and not for any other purposes.
Credit
Credit to either "Companion Wulf" or "RPG Maker Times" is required somewhere in the project. The end-credits is adequate.
