The Currency Formatter plugin is available.
This rewrites the currency into a much more readable format, especially with larger numbers, thus 100000 is shown as 100,000 if the plugin option is set to comma or 1,000 becomes 1k and 1,000,000 becomes 1m if it’s set to suffix.
This works in most instances where currency is displayed, notably in shops and the status menu.
